Carter "Paint Boy" Ladies V-Neck T-Shirt

Carter's "Paint Boy" Ladies V-Neck T-Shirt  One of the earliest Bill Carter designs from the 1960's.  First scene on Little Tommy Larkins Top Fuel Dragster front wing.  This shirt made its first debut at the Bill Carter Celebration of Life Event at the NHRA Museum on August 10, 2019.  This Bill Carter design is the first of many that Bill wanted completed for his online store and planned road show sales program.  All sales benefit Linda Carter.

Returns are for defective or destroyed items when they arrive to you.  We will not return items that have been washed, soiled, perfumed, have ciggertte smoke or animal hair.  Returns are also made on mistakes made in manufacturing or the shipping of the items to you.  Please contact customer service at sales@carterpropaint.com for a return packing slip and to notify us of the error or damage made to your item.  We will make the order right or refund your order completely once we receive all defective or in question items back.  Refunds will be for the item minus the cost of shipping.  

All items are shipped via United State Postal Service (USPS).  Most items are shipped via regular mail service and arrive usally within a week of ordering depending on where you live in the Country.  Orders with multiple items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive within 2-3 days after the shipment.   We do not ship orders on weekends and all orders made over the weekend go out on Monday.  International please allow extra time to arrive.
